1. Order & Delivery

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order. 

Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it). 

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on our website. 

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any modifications to your order once it has been placed. 

3. Payment & Security

We currently support Paypal payments only. Credit card payments can be done via Paypal. 

The prices visible on our UMI Handmade website are stated in USD. 

Please note that UMI Handmade is not responsible for any discrepancies in currency values or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when buying from our website. Should you have questions concerning this, please contact your bank or credit card company.

We accept returns on all regular priced items within 28 days of shipping date for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Please note that merchandise must be in original, unused condition and return shipping costs will be at the expense of the buyer.

Tarnishing is the result of oxygen or sulphur coming in contact with metals, including silver. Tarnished silver looks duller and it is a layer of oxidation coating the silver that eventually acts to protect the metal below it. UMI jewelry is made of high quality 92.5% Sterling Silver and higher purity silver tends to tarnish more quickly.
